Providence Care is offering highly attractive recruitment incentives to successful permanent full-time and permanent part-time Registered Practical Nurses (RPN), Registered Nurses (RN) and Personal Support Workers (PSW).
An incentive for net new external Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Float Pool vacant positions with a 2-year commitment to remain in the Float Pool department. Full-time RPNs hired under this incentive will receive a $10,000 signing bonus with 50% being provided on the first day of employment, after one year of service receive another 25% and after completing two years of service the remaining 25%. Part-time RPNs will receive a $5,000 signing bonus with 50% being provided on the first day of employment, after one year of service receive another 25% and after completing two years of service the remaining 25%.
This incentive does not apply to staff who have been employed at Providence Care within the past 12 months.

Part-time RPNs will receive a $5,000 signing bonus with 50% being provided on the first day of employment, after one year of service receive another 25% and after completing two years of service the remaining 25%.
